People are using ‘Sunscreen Contouring’ to give themselves fake abs.

A six-pack or a toned stomach are considered the ultimate fitness goals, but some people are skipping months of hard effort in the gym in favor of a quick fix.

People are attempting to fake abs by strategically putting sunscreen to their stomachs in order to “contour” their muscles.

On TikTok, videos have been circulating of people putting glob of sunscreen on their midriffs to resemble muscle definition.

“Trying the sunscreen hack tonight,” one woman, identified as Mo online, said in a video. Make it up as you go along.”

Her sunbathing in a bikini after applying sunscreen is captured in the video, which was uploaded on Monday. Later, she revealed the outcome of her sunbathing session.

It seems the trend first emerged in summer 2020, after a woman, named Eli Withrow, claimed she could get a sun-kissed contour by carefully applying sunscreen. The hack has now resurfaced as temperatures soar for summer.

Withrow said: “Haters will say it doesn’t work, but I’m convinced if you put a base sunscreen of SPF 30 on and SPF 90 on all the spots you would put highlighter on, the sun will contour your face where you’d put bronzer and you’ll be naturally snatched all summer.”

. This is a brief summary.
