Diogo Jota, who nodded in the winner’s goal in Saturday’s 2-1 victory over Sheffield United, will retain his place, however, as Klopp will use a versatile four-man chain.
They are replaced by Takumi Minamino, Xherdan Shaqiri and Divock Origi, as Klopp uses the full range of his attacking capabilities in Anfield.
On the substitution bench, there are places for Rhys and Neco Williams alongside Jake Cain and goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher.
James Milner is the other change as he joins the team in a second midfield and becomes partner captain Jordan Henderson.
Liverpool’s back five remains unchanged, with Alisson Becker starting again behind Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joe Gomez, Fabinho and Andy Robertson.
