The actress from Liverpool made her debut in the annual guide for the richest young stars in Britain and Ireland.
She grew up in Childwall, where she still lives with her mother, father and brother in her family home when she returns to the UK.
Jodie, who is best known for her role in Killing Eve, has been valued at £4.9 million.
Meanwhile, Ed Sheeran has retained his title as the richest young British star and increased its estimated value last year by £40 million to £210 million.
The 29-year-old’s wealth is in part due to his two-year world record tour, Divide Tour, on which he has played more than 250 shows to over seven million fans since March 2017.
His place is third place last year – former one-direction star Harry Styles, 26, with an estimated £74 million.
Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe, who took second place in 2019, has been removed from the list for the first time since its launch 10 years ago, after turning 31 in July.
The singer has increased his fortune by £40 million since he went solo with two successful albums, a world tour and a Gucci deal, the magazine said.
Last year’s top newcomer, Stormzy, 27, is in 14th place along with Rita Ora, 29, both with an estimated £20 million fortune.
Oscar-nominated Irish actress Saoirse Ronan debuts in 26th place, 26 years old, with 5.7 million pounds.
YouTuber and the rapper KSI, real name Olajide Olatunji, debut on the list with an estimated fortune of 12 million pounds at age 28.
