An old Hillary Clinton clip, in which Hillary Clinton warns that Donald Trump always claims the system is manipulated against him when he loses, was seen more than three million times after he reappeared during the current counting of the 2020 elections.

The video, taken during a debate on the 2016 presidential election, shows Clinton citing a number of previous occasions when Trump complained that the Democratic process and other systems were fraudulent when things did not go the way he wanted.

She cited examples, including Trump’s appearances in certain Republican primaries and his television show, which failed to win an Emmy for the third consecutive year.

“It’s funny, but it’s also really disturbing,” Clinton said about Trump’s “way of thinking.

David Weissman, who is involved in the Republican anti-trump group The Lincoln Project, was among those who shared the clip. His contribution received 39,000 likes and 11,000 retweets.

The president and his team have repeatedly made unsubstantiated allegations of electoral fraud in the 2020 election campaign. Trump’s team has filed several lawsuits in contested states as he falls behind Democratic rival Joe Biden.

At the start of the counting, Trump claimed victory prematurely before many postal ballots, which he unfoundedly claims left the election open to widespread electoral fraud, were counted nationwide.

The absentee ballots have greatly benefited the Democrats, and Biden has now won the contested state of Georgia and put Trump ahead in Pennsylvania.

In the other major Rust Belt states of Michigan and Wisconsin, Biden is expected to have won and is on track to win both Nevada and Arizona. This means that the Democratic candidate currently has a much clearer path to victory than Trump, especially if he ends up beating Georgia Blue.

In a tweet on Thursday morning, tweeted from Twitter for potentially misleading information, Trump wrote: “With LEGAL VOTES CAST I can easily win the United States presidency.

“The OBSERVERS were in no way allowed to do their job, and therefore votes cast during this period must be designated as ILLEGAL VOTES CAST. The Supreme Court of the United States should decide!”

While Trump is making noise on Twitter about alleged fraud, the clip of Clinton has resurfaced and become widely distributed in social media.

What Clinton said in 2016

In the video, Clinton says: “You know, every time Donald thinks things aren’t going his way, he claims that whatever it is, it’s been manipulated against him.

“He lost the Iowa caucus. He lost the Wisconsin primary. He said the Republican primary was rigged against him.

“Then Trump University is sued for fraud and racketeering; he claims the court system and the federal judge were manipulated against him.

“There was even a time when he didn’t get an Emmy for his TV program for three years in a row, and he started tweeting that the awards were rigged against him.

At this point in the footage, Trump can be heard intervening to say that the awards were manipulated against him: “Should have gotten it,” and the audience starts laughing.

Clinton answers with the words: “That’s… that’s a way of thinking. That is how Donald thinks. And that is funny, but also very disturbing. No, that’s not the way our democracy works.”
