November is shaping up to be a big month for PlayStation. Not only with the release of the next generation console, the PS5, but also with the PlayStation Plus program, PlayStation Plus is offering some great games for subscribers.

On Wednesday, the official PlayStation blog unveiled the games coming to PS4 and PS5 in November via the PlayStation Plus subscription service, including the first PS Plus title destined for the next generation console.

The highlight of this announcement is the free release of the PS5 version of Bugsnax from Young Horse. This charming, quirky first-person adventure game is expected to be released on PS5 and PS4 on November 12th, but if you are a PlayStation Plus member you can download Bugsnax for free on the day of release and play it on the next generation console.

From November 12th to January 4th 2021 this game will be free. So be sure to download this game next month – if you have a PS5 – and start hunting all 100 critters.

As for these additions for current generation consoles, two classics from the last few years will arrive in November.

Middle Earth: Shadow of War, the action-adventure game set in the world of The Lord of the Rings, and Hollow Knight, the award-winning 2D exploration puzzle game, will be released on PS Plus on November 3rd.

PS Plus members will not only receive these three games, PlayStation has also confirmed that the previously announced PlayStation Plus collection will be available at launch at no additional cost on PS5.

PS5 console owners with PlayStation Plus will be able to redeem and play a curated library of PS4 games that have defined this generation.

The PlayStation Plus Collection will be available on November 12 when the PS5 console is launched in the U.S., Japan, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and South Korea, and on November 19 when the PS5 console is launched in the rest of the world, including Europe, the Middle East, South America, Asia and South Africa.
