Apple Telstra dropped its iPhone 12 pre-order deal last week. It was really good, and as it turns out … now that the phones are properly on sale, it’s still live.
You’ll be waiting a while longer if you were hoping to get your hands on an iPhone Pro Max or Mini. These two devices will not be available for pre-order until November 6.
Offer to Telstra
Back to the contract at hand, however. Telstra was the first telco in Australia to let its iPhone 12 plan rates fall, and it’s not hard to see why. The pre-order / still-going deal from Big T is real sweet.
A spokesperson said in a press release, ‘Consumer customers who take out a $115 XL contract will offer a $50 discount every month for 12 months.’
“This means that for 12 months, clients will receive 180 GB of data for $65 per month.”
It’s a pretty good deal if you’re someone who wants a lot of phone data. Of course, it’s worth noting that on top of the $65 / month plan amount, you’ll need to factor in the phone repayments.
