According to the July AA Fuel Price Index, the cost of unleaded petrol in the UK has remained stable at an average of 128.4 pence per liter. The price of diesel has actually fallen over the same period.
A Cashback website has launched a £10 free fuel offer to help hard-hit motorists reduce the cost of driving.
The offer starts today and is valid at any petrol station in the UK.
The offer applies to all drivers and works at any petrol station in the UK, including supermarkets such as Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons. It also includes the Co-operative, Esso, BP, Texaco, Total, Shell and other service stations.
Topcashback says it will pay £10 in cash to any driver who loads their car, provided they keep their receipt.
A price alignment has given British drivers some breathing space, and a new agreement means that the next top-up may be even cheaper.
As long as the receipt shows the date and time of purchase, the name of the petrol station and the items purchased, the money will be paid into your account.
The drivers can keep their receipts and upload them to Topcashback. If the receipt is eligible for the store, the website will refund £10 to the driver’s account.
To receive the business, sign up with Topcashback here.
The only catch is that the offer is only available to new members of Topcashback, i.e. those who have used the website for the offer before cannot use the offer.
The store started at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 19 and will be open until midnight on September 1 – but could close early if the redemption limit is reached.
You can get the store here.
