Supermarket prices for unleaded petrol are now averaging 109.7 per liter. The gap between supermarket prices and the UK average for unleaded petrol has fallen to 4.8 per liter.

The AA survey shows that filling up in supermarkets is the cheapest way to save money on petrol.
