The potential transfer of Josh King from Bournemouth has split Everton fans.

The Blues sent both Moise Kean and Theo Walcott on loan to Paris Saint-Germain and Southampton respectively last week, shortening the number of beat options the club currently has.

Everton fans are divided on whether the club should make a move for Bournemouth striker Josh King before the EFL transfer window expires.

Apart from that Carlo Ancelotti is limited however to the injured Cenk Tosun or diving into the club’s junior pool – both Anthony Gordon and Ellis Simms come into question.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin is currently in tremendous form in the front row and has already scored nine goals in all competitions, and Richarlison can also serve as backup in this central role.

And this despite Goodison’s sources distancing themselves from an assignment for the Norwegian striker.

This has led to speculation among some supporters as to whether changing an EFL player, which is still possible until Friday, could be an option for Everton.

Some reports have speculated that King may be on his way out of relegated Bournemouth in the final days of the game day, and some fans believe he may be the right option for the blues.

Premier League clubs can negotiate with teams from the EFL until Friday, October 16, but they can’t conclude transfers with another first division team or with overseas teams.
