Deji Oshilaja joins Burton as the club’s third summer signing.
Burton has signed Charlton defender Deji Oshilaja on a two-year deal.
Oshilaja, a 27-year-old centre-back, was released by Charlton after making 17 appearances in Sky Bet League One last season.
He joins left-back Cameron Borthwick-Jackson and winger Omari Patrick as Burton’s third summer signings.
After loan spells at Newport, Sheffield Wednesday, AFC Wimbledon, and Gillingham, Oshilaja secured a permanent contract with the Dons in 2017.
In the summer of 2019, he went to Charlton Athletic, where he made a total of 47 appearances in all competitions.
“Deji is a flexible player who can play left-back, right-back, centre-half, and defensive midfield,” said Brewers manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.
“He has a lot of League One and Championship experience. His agility appeals to me, and he’s a defensive-minded player with plenty of experience and knowledge of the league. He’s a fantastic addition to our team.”
