The police called after reports of “fights” by young people in Wirral Park.


On Sunday (October 18) officers were called to Central Park in Wallasey.

After reports of a brawl involving a group of young people, a Wirral Park was the focus of police activity.

According to reports, a group of young people were in the park at the time of the incident, the officers said

“A search was conducted to find the two parties involved, which proved to be negative.

“Officers took part and the young people scattered.

A police spokesman said: “Shortly before 5:45 p.m. it was reported that a group of youths was in the park and two were involved in a fight.
