Deputy medical examiner David Lewis concluded this week that the mother of two had taken her own life.
The 21-year-old was found dead in her Norris Green home by her mother and sister on August 7.

“She was so loving, who would do anything for anyone.
“Megan was a fantastic mother who idolized her two children and had so many friends….
