Firefighters from the United States rescued a guy trapped within a vineyard fan.
A guy was rescued after being trapped by a big fan at a California vineyard for two days.
According to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office, the man was spotted on Tuesday by a deputy responding to a tip about a strange vehicle parked near the winery in Santa Rosa.
The deputy discovered the man locked inside the shaft of a vineyard fan after noticing a hat on a piece of farming equipment.
“The individual stated that he enjoyed photographing the engines of ancient farm equipment,” according to the document.
“After an extensive examination proved that the agricultural equipment was not ancient and that the man had significantly more methamphetamine than photography equipment, the motivation to climb down the fan shaft remains a complete mystery.”
The 38-year-old guy was sent to the hospital for treatment, but he is expected to recover fully.
According to the statement, the individual will be charged with trespassing, narcotics possession, and probation violations.
During the winter months, vineyard fans are used to move air across the vines to keep the grapes from freezing.
