After Tottenham Hotspur reports, Antonio Conte throws a hint to Everton manager Marco Silva.
Antonio Conte has said that his future club management role will be based on ‘projects,’ and that he enjoys ‘difficult challenges.’
Conte left Inter Milan this summer after leading them to their first Serie A title since 2010, with Romelu Lukaku and Christian Eriksen in his roster.
Since then, the former Chelsea and Italy manager has been connected with open Premier League posts at Everton and Tottenham Hotspur.
Tottenham are close to recruiting former Roma and Shakhtar Donetsk manager Paulo Fonseca, but Conte has warned that any club interested in hiring him must be “convinced.” Everton are still seeking for a replacement for Carlo Ancelotti.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the 51-year-old said: “Money isn’t something I’m obsessed with.
“I look at projects and I’m ready to stay at home if they don’t convince me.
“I like difficult challenges but if there is something with a club that does not convince me, I prefer to say: no, thank you.”
