CNN says Kirstie Alley when she doesn’t like it that they change the channel – just like her fans did with “Veronica’s Closet”.

CNN had the perfect answer to Kirstie Alley’s “scare tactics” tweets from this morning. On the Twitter page of the public relations news channel, the actress was tagged and wrote: “Kirstie, you’re welcome to change the channel – just like countless viewers did every time Veronica’s closet was on TV”.

The tweet was aimed at the 1990s NBC sitcom starring Alley, which only lasted three seasons.

Add: “But don’t play down the loss of nearly 230,000 American lives. And please, wear a mask.”

Alley responded to CNN and quoted the tweet. “Meow,” she fired back. “…if you paid as much attention to Joe Biden’s allegedly corrupt business as you did to a TV show that was in the top ten in 1997….., you must have misunderstood.”

Meow… if you paid as much attention to Joe Biden’s allegedly corrupt business as you did to a TV show that was in the top ten in 1997….., then you were probably wrong tooð¤-ââï¸ https://t.co/j1BelxVohy

She also followed with a gift of flowing magma, on the defensive with regard to the CNN postscript “Wear a Mask”.

“Find a tweet that I tweeted to encourage people NOT to wear a mask or NOT to be careful, or that said something disrespectful about sick or deceased people … there is none,” she told her 1.5 million followers. She continued, “This is how FAKE information spreads like” before she entered the gift mentioned.

Hours earlier, Alley started the Twitter dispute when she tweeted that she thought her friends who were afraid of catching the coronavirus were CNN viewers. She also accused the station of spreading “the fear of dying” of COVID-19 nationwide.

“Omg CNN You’re worse than MARSHA MARSHA MARSHA MARSHA,” the actress and vocal Trump supporter wrote early Friday morning. “Why don’t you report reports from JOE BIDEN AND HUNTER BIDEN and evidence of a COLLUSION with UKRAINE RUSSIA AND CHINA? Instead of COVID COVID COVID COVID. I have pity for your spectators, who control you with fear and anxiety”.

“I now know why my personal friends who walk around the SHEER TERROR of contracting with Covid are simply CNN viewers,” she continued. “I decided to watch CNN myself to get their point of view, and oh my God, I never did!!!! IF YOU TOO WANT TO LIVE IN TERROR, WATCH CNN! FEAR OF DEATH IS YOUR MANTRA! OMG!”

The actress ended her series of frantic Twitter updates and asked her followers not to misinterpret her criticism of CNN as a lack of empathy. “This is a lie spread by Democrats who want to twist my words and make me seem unsympathetic,” she wrote, “Chronic scare tactics do not help anyone physically or mentally.

By the time of publication, over nine million Americans have been infected with the corona virus, and over 234,000 Americans have died from it.
