Will There Be a Season 4 of Manifest?
On June 10, 2021, NBC’s enigmatic supernatural thriller Manifest will wrap off its third season with a two-part conclusion. According to the synopsis for the finale, Michaela will try to protect Flight 828 passengers from a “deadly threat,” while Ben and Saanvi will go out to “rescue someone they love.” The Manifest Season 3 finale appears to be packed with surprises and action, but could it also be the series’ final episode? Or will the passengers on Flight 828 continue to get calls for another season?
What is the significance of the word ‘Manifest’?
After Montego Air Flight 828 inexplicably vanishes and returns five years later, Manifest tracks the plane’s journey. The passengers were completely unaware that they had gone missing and did not show any signs of aging. The rest of the world, on the other hand, had gone on. Main protagonists Ben, Michaela, and Cal Stone discover that they now share a secret talent that offers them visions of the future, or “callings,” as the passengers and their families strive to cope with the event and this odd new life.
By the third season of Manifest, the Stones have discovered that the callings exist to direct them to someone in need of help. All of the passengers on Flight 828 have been given a second chance at life, and they must continue to make good decisions in order to live. All of the passengers on Flight 828 could die if one of them makes a mistake or “tips the lifeboat,” as Ben Stone puts it.
Season 4 of ‘Manifest’ is still up in the air.
