Season 2 premiere date for ‘The L Word: Generation Q’ has been announced.

The L Word: Generation Q’s long-awaited second season is almost here. The Showtime series was one of many afflicted by the coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic, which caused a delay in the release date for The L Word: Generation Q Season 2 to be pushed back more than expected. However, the wait is nearly over. New episodes will be available in a few months, according to Showtime.

In the summer of 2021, ‘The L Word: Generation Q’ will return with fresh episodes.

If you’re a fan of the show, you’ll be happy to learn that it’ll be back on Sunday, August 8. According to TVLine, the first five episodes will air on Sundays before moving to Mondays for the rest of the season, which ends on October 11. Those with a Showtime membership, however, will be able to watch the first episode two days early.

Jennifer Beals (Bette Porter), Leisha Hailey (Alice Pieszecki), Katherine Moennig (Shane McCutcheon), Rosanny Zayas (Sophie Suarez), Arienne Mandi (Dani Nùez), Jacqueline Toboni (Sarah Finley), Leo Sheng (Micah Lee), Sepideh Moafi (Gigi Ghorbani), and Jordan Hull are among the cast members who (Angelica Porter-Kennard).

There are some fresh faces as well. Rosie O’Donnell will play someone new in Bette’s life, Donald Faison will play an editor who works with Alice, Griffin Dunne will play a local art dealer who will befriend Bette, and Vanessa Williams will portray another artist, according to the website Auto Straddle.
