For an HBO Max reunion special, Matthew Perry, Courteney Cox, Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, and David Schwimmer reunited. Perry confessed that every episode of the legendary sitcom was difficult for him while reflecting about it.

Friends had a lot of amusing lines, and each character had a lot of them. Chandler, on the other hand, had the most. Fans appreciated Chandler’s observations on the comedy, but it put a lot of pressure on Perry when they shot in front of a live audience. The takes with the jokes that didn’t land were never shown to NBC viewers.

“At least to me,” Perry added, “I felt like I was going to die if they didn’t laugh.” “It’s not healthy, to be sure, but I’d say a line and they wouldn’t laugh, and I’d sweat and go into convulsions if I didn’t get the laugh I was expecting. I’d have a nervous breakdown.”

The other Friends stars were taken aback by Perry’s remark. Aniston expressed concern for Perry, while Kudrow stated that this was her first time hearing about it.
Kudrow remarked, “You didn’t tell us that.” “I don’t recall ever hearing you say that.”
Every time they filmed the episode, Perry admitted, he was stressed. Every week, a new episode of Friends would be filmed.
