Giada De Laurentiis of Food Network fame has created frosty Lady Bug Popsicles that are not only easy to prepare but also tasty and adorable.
To create De Laurentiis’ Lady Bug Popsicles, you’ll need the following ingredients.
The wonderfully entertaining Popsicles created by the Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef are as simple to prepare as they sound. Fresh strawberries, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, and blueberries are used in the dish (complete directions here).
Ice cube pans and either lollipop or Popsicle sticks are all that is required to make the pops.
Everything is combined together, except the blueberries, and then put into an ice cube tray. The blueberries are then strewn over each ice cube unit, and the trays are placed in the freezer for one hour. After an hour, insert the lollipop or Popsicle sticks into the center of each cube unit and freeze for at least another 4 hours.
