According to IMDb, the worst episode of the series is “One Tree Hill.”
In Tree Hill, North Carolina, a lot happens. Fans of One Tree Hill know that the CW drama (previously The WB show) underwent a lot of twists and turns over the course of nine seasons from 2003 to 2012. From their high school days until their late twenties, the series followed a group of friends in a small North Carolina town. One Tree Hill may have been a touch overdramatized and unrealistic at times, but fans adored nearly every minute of it. Which episode was the least popular among fans?
Season 7 kicked off to a lukewarm reception.
One Tree Hill Season 7 began with the introduction of a few new characters. The episode first introduced Haley James Scott’s (Bethany Joy Lenz) elder sister, Quinn, a quirky and fun-loving photographer (Shantel VanSanten). Along with Quinn, the series introduced Clay Evans (Robert Buckley), who entered the NBA as Nathan Scott’s (James Lafferty) agent.
Clay was portrayed as a party animal on the program, which got him and Nathan into difficulty when another new character, Renee, arrived (Kate French). Renee said she became pregnant as a result of Nathan’s alleged affair with her, and she attempted to blackmail the NBA player.
That plot did not do exceptionally well, according to IMDb fan evaluations. Season 7’s first two episodes garnered a 7.8 rating, while the third episode garnered a 7.9. These episodes were ranked as the second-worst in the series.
